Welding
Our offer covers a wide range of welding services, including MIG, MAG and TIG welding of steel. Modern equipment and the relevant welding certificates enable us to weld structural and stainless steel quickly and precisely at the highest level.
MIG/MAG welding
MIG/MAG welding (Metal-Inert-Gas welding / Metal-Active-Gas welding) are welding processes in which an electric arc is ignited between the electrode and the workpiece. The electrode is a continuous wire that is melted by the arc to form a weld seam. A shielding gas is used during the entire process: inert gas in the MIG process and active gas in the MAG process. The main advantage of this method is its extremely high efficiency. It is also important that different materials can be welded. The weld seams are of very high quality.
TIG welding
TIG welding (Tungsten-Inert Gas welding) uses an infusible tungsten electrode, which creates an arc on the welding surface. The method does not require additional material, but it neither excludes its use. The absence of slag and the high quality of the welds are considered to be the main advantages of this method. Thus, different (even very thin) materials can be combined.
The continuous improvement of service quality is our priority.
The offer is addressed to small and large companies, institutions and private individuals.
It is possible to have welding seams tested in the laboratory.
We weld steel according to the requirements of the following institutes:
IS – Instytut Spawalnictwa (Welding Institute Poland),
UDT – Urząd Dozoru Techniczny (Technical Inspectorate Poland),
TÜV – Technischer Überwachungsverein (Technical Inspection Association Germany)
If necessary, each weld can be partially or fully examined in non-destructive testing with the issue of a corresponding report. In any case, welding documentation shall be provided after completion of the work to ensure product traceability.
We are authorised to provide arc welding in the field of production, assembly and reparation of structures made of unalloyed structural steels (classes 1, 2 and 3 according to PN-M-69008).
